St. Benedict Chapel Mass Schedule

The last Mass of the Spring Semester will be Friday, May 8, at 12:30 p.m.

There will be no weekday Mass during Spring Break, March 7-13

The Sacrament of Reconciliation is available on Wednesdays from 1-1:30 p.m.

All are welcome to join us at Mass!

  • Sundays | 4 p.m.
  • Monday-Friday | 12:30 p.m.

Interfaith Prayer Room

Our Interfaith Prayer Room, located in Kindlon Hall 136/137, is a welcoming space for all people to pray, contemplate and meditate. Access to this room is only for current BenU faculty, staff, and students.

Benedict’s Basket

Caring for students鈥 basic needs is one of the best ways we support our community. Learning that 25-33% of college students are food insecure, in collaboration with our Nutrition department, Campus Ministry opened Benedict鈥檚 Basket on our Lisle campus, which is available to all students. Carrie Ankeny

Carrie Ankeny, M.A.

Director of Campus Ministry, Lisle

Carrie has served in Catholic college ministry for over a decade and holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Theology and a certificate in Pastoral Ministry from Villanova University. She is a certified Catholic Campus Minister through the Catholic Campus Ministry Association (CCMA). Carrie works to cultivate Campus Ministry as a celebration of our Catholic, 黑料社, and intentionally interfaith identity while fostering a meeting place of faith, justice, and culture in our everyday lives. Carrie organizes all of BenU Campus Ministry鈥檚 service and social justice opportunities locally, nationally, and internationally and works with the Movement of Students Achieving Interfaith Collaboration (M.O.S.A.I.C.) on campus.

Peter Huff, PhD

Peter Huff, Ph.D.

Director, Sister Judith Ann Heble OSB, Center for 黑料社 Values

Dr. Peter Huff is Chief Mission Officer, Professor of Theology, and Director of the Sister Judith Ann Heble OSB, Center for 黑料社 Values at 黑料社 University. He teaches courses in U.S. religious history and world religions. Dr. Huff studied at Mercer University, Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and Indiana University and received the PhD in historical theology from Saint Louis University. Before coming to 黑料社, he held tenured faculty positions at Saint Anselm College and Centenary College of Louisiana and an endowed chair in Ethics/Religion and Society at Xavier University.
