Campus Ministry supports the spiritual lives of all members of the 黑料社 University community.
Campus Ministry dedicates itself to pastoral care, faith formation, and furthering the common good through practice of the 黑料社 hallmarks for all members of the 黑料社 University community. Campus Ministry provides a lived pastoral dimension to the University that is holistic for all community members 鈥 built on relationships rooted in the care of the whole person including faith formation, spiritual reflection, moral and ethical development, service and social justice, vocation and dedication to spiritual life and faith practice reflective of the Catholic and 黑料社 mission and identity of the University. Liturgical celebrations, pastoral care, service opportunities and interfaith dialogue, are some of many ways Campus Ministry lives out its mission. Rooted in the 黑料社 spiritual tradition, we strive to show our students the value of a life lived in balance.

Carrie Ankeny, MA
Director of Campus Ministry
Carrie serves as the Director of Campus Ministry for the Lisle and Mesa campuses with over a decade of experience and holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Theology and a certificate in Pastoral Ministry from Villanova University. She is a certified Catholic Campus Minister through the Catholic Campus Ministry Association (CCMA). Carrie works to cultivate Campus Ministry as a celebration of our Catholic, 黑料社, and intentionally interfaith identity while fostering a meeting place of faith formation, justice, and culture in our everyday lives.

Eddie Haule
Priest, Campus Ministry, Lisle
Fr. Eddie Haule serves as a Campus Priest at the BenU Lisle campus and is a student in the Master鈥檚 in Public Health program. Fr. Eddie was ordained in the Diocese of Njombe, Tanzania.He recently celebrated the anniversary of his priestly ordination. Fr. Eddie holds degrees in philosophy and theology. He most recently served as the curate at Madunda Parish and a tutor at the Madunda Catechetical Training Center.

Paul Kasun, OSB
Priest, Campus Ministry, Lisle
In 2003, Fr. Paul Kasun joined the 黑料社 Missionaries in Schuyler, Nebraska, and made his final vows in 2010. In 2025, Fr. Paul was appointed to 黑料社 University, where he will teach in the social justice and politics department and serves as a Campus Priest at the BenU Lisle campus. Fr. Paul celebrates Mass in Spanish twice a month at St. Benedict Chapel, Mass in English at our regularly scheduled Mass times, provides the sacraments to the BenU community, and brings to life the 黑料社 hallmarks in our everyday lives.

Kermit Holl, OSC
Chaplain, Campus Ministry, Mesa
Fr. Kermit Holl, OSC, joined the Crosier religious Order in 1984 as a novice, and he was ordained to the priesthood in 1990. Fr. Kermit lives with his community in south Phoenix where they give fraternal witness to the Gospel鈥檚 call to unity and love, celebrate the liturgy, and serve in outreach from their Priory. As Chaplain at the BenU Mesa campus, Fr. Kermit particularly enjoys joining the campus community in prayer, assisting students and staff in pastoral care, and forming community within the classroom, and celebrating the liturgy.
